How long does a scan take?

Roughly an hour for a typical two-hour episode, and it scales with length — a 30-minute interview is back in minutes. It runs in the background, so you can close the tab and we'll email you when the timeline is ready.

Does it make ready-to-post clips with captions?

Not yet — and we're honest about that. Clipfound does the slow part: finding the moments and cutting a draft timeline. You add captions, reframing and polish in the editor you already use. That's where exportable timelines come in.

What formats can I export?

An EDL or FCPXML timeline for Premiere, DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut, or the individual clips as standalone video files. Every cut point comes pre-placed so you start where you'd normally be hours in.

Does it work in other languages?

Currently the only supported language is english. With each update we'll try to provide further languages and more flexibility when it comes to topics.

Is my content private?

Your uploads are yours. We never use your footage to train models, and you can delete a project — source file and all generated clips — permanently at any time.
